Terms of Service

Effective date: May 2026 · Stratto Technologies, Inc. · Version 1.0 (Beta)

    These Terms govern your access to Meridiae, an AI-assisted maritime intelligence service operated by Stratto Technologies, Inc. By submitting a Beta application or accessing any Meridiae content, you agree to these Terms.
  

1. About Meridiae

Meridiae is an autonomous maritime intelligence platform that produces daily intelligence briefs covering vessel activity, sanctions risk, chokepoint threats, and geopolitical events affecting global shipping. Meridiae is operated by Stratto Technologies, Inc., a Florida corporation (gostratto.com).

2. Beta Program

Access to Meridiae during the Beta period is provided free of charge, by invitation, and at our sole discretion. The Beta program is subject to the following conditions:

Applying for Beta access does not guarantee approval. We evaluate applications and notify approved subscribers individually.
Beta access may be revoked at any time without notice or cause.
Service availability, format, and features may change without notice during the Beta period.
Pricing will be announced at the conclusion of the Beta period with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before any charges apply.
Continued use after pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing terms.

3. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

Meridiae briefs are produced by an autonomous AI-assisted analytical pipeline. Specifically:

Signal collection is performed by AI agents querying open-source intelligence sources on X (formerly Twitter) and public web sources.
Intelligence synthesis, confidence assessment, and brief authorship are performed by large language models (LLMs) without human editorial review of individual briefs.
No classified, proprietary, or non-public sources are accessed.
All findings represent AI interpretation of publicly available signals and should be treated accordingly.

Each brief carries a System Disclosure statement to this effect. This disclosure is material to your use of the service.

4. Not Professional Advice

    Meridiae briefs are provided for situational awareness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, insurance, or professional advice of any kind. Do not act on any assessment in a Meridiae brief without independent verification and the advice of qualified professionals.
  

Stratto Technologies, Inc. assumes no liability for decisions made on the basis of Meridiae content, including but not limited to: insurance underwriting decisions, trading positions, vessel routing decisions, or compliance determinations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Share, redistribute, republish, or resell Meridiae briefs or content without written permission.
Use Meridiae content to make public claims or representations without appropriate attribution and context.
Attempt to circumvent access controls, signed delivery links, or any security measures.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable sanctions regulations.
Provide false information in your Beta application.

6. Intellectual Property

All Meridiae briefs, templates, brand assets, and analytical methodology are the intellectual property of Stratto Technologies, Inc. Your Beta subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and internally reference Meridiae content for your professional use. No other rights are granted.

The Meridiae name, logo, and tagline "Where Signals Become Intelligence" are trademarks of Stratto Technologies, Inc.

7. Delivery and Access

Briefs are delivered via personalized, time-limited secure links. Each delivery link is unique to your subscriber account. Sharing your delivery link with others may result in termination of your access. Links expire seven (7) days after generation.

8. Privacy

Your use of Meridiae is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Meridiae is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of Meridiae content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratto Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on Meridiae content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify Beta subscribers of material changes via email with at least seven (7) days' notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
